Got word the other day that we’d be taking a trip south in December for a buddy’s bachelor party.

Well, I’ve never been to the ‘Ville, but I heard it’s a fun place and honestly, probably not that much different than Columbus, Ohio.

It’d be way better if we ran into Amanda, a Louisville native, bikini model and alum of the Kentucky Community & Technical College System.

Those just so happen to be the three things I look for in a girl! If I see Bob Seger’s “Still The Same” for here at a karaoke bar? It’s. All. Over!

As for the picks, yikes. Though I did make two great predictions this past week. Told you that the first three scores in the UT-Bama game would be field goals and that Iowa-MSU would be the most entertaining game. The “right” ended there.

LAST WEEK: 2-4 OVERALL: 20-27-1

Indiana +17.5 over IOWA (noon, ESPN)
How scared are school administrators of Halloween falling on a Saturday this year? There’s not a single FBS game starting after 8 p.m. EST tomorrow.

LOUISVILLE -2.5 over Arkansas State (3:30 p.m.)
The Cards can’t lose at home to a team I don’t even know the nickname of. Can they?

Southern California -3 over OREGON (8 p.m., ABC/ESPN2)
Until someone knocks off USC when the Rose Bowl is on the line, I’m not going to pick against Tommy Trojan though I do pick against Trojans sometimes because it feels better without one.

BALTIMORE RAVENS -3 over Denver Broncos (1 p.m., CBS)
Incredibly confident about going 3-0 in the NFL this week. Denver finally falls. And if they don’t, I’ll say the same thing next week.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS -12.5 over San Francisco 49ers (1 p.m., CBS)
Easiest pick on the board. San Fran coming east and playing a 1 p.m. game? This won’t be close.

GREEN BAY PACKERS -3 over Minnesota Vikings (4:15 p.m., FOX)
Brett Favre isn’t going 2-0 versus the Packers. I went to the Green Bay-Cleveland game this past Sunday. Terrible. Lots of Green Bay fans there. And yes, the Green Bay Packers do not have one good looking female fan. Anywhere.

Happy Halloween! And yes, I’m going as Greenman this year.
