Cuff ‘Em: The Latest Mother-Daughter Team To Kick Cheerleading Coach Ass
‘Tis the season for cheerleading coaches to make enemies with members of the public.
Of course, as you could have guessed, this trouble occurred in Florida where people with severely deformed brains go to live and fight amongst each other.
Enter Karen Joanne Wood (41, above) and her daughter Kyersten (16). They decided to team up to go after a cheerleading coach Sharell Ortiz who’s daughter supposedly laid some wood to the Wood girl at a recent high school football game.
Fists up biatches!
Here are the fantastic details from the St. Pete Times of people who have way too much time on their hands. What, no homework yet?
Ortiz said she was simply trying to break up a fight between her teenage daughter and Kyersten Wood. But Kyersten Wood contends that Ortiz tried to jump her.
Lt. Barbara Templeton, Tarpon Springs police spokeswoman, said Karen Wood called the department about 7:30 a.m. Sept. 5 and reported that her daughter had been “battered” by Ortiz.
About 6:30 p.m. the same day, Karen Wood and her daughter confronted Ortiz at the Jasmine Sports Complex, where she was coaching a recreational league cheerleader squad.
You can guess what’s coming next. Yep, trash talk.
Ortiz told police Kyersten Wood “approached her in an aggressive manner and said ‘wassup’ holding her hands in the air.”
You get the idea. According to police, mom and daughter went on to put a beat down on Ortiz. She calls police, mom-daughter go to jail, police reports are made, the newspaper finds out, puts story on the Web, commenters go crazy.
