Cuff 'Em: Fuzz Busts Ohio Guy Who Likes Running Around In Swimsuit, Work Boots

We told you last week about the Ohio green bathing suit pervert.

Well, he has been caught and photographed in all his glory.

“Sugarcreek Township police Sg. Mark White confirmed Miller was wearing a woman’s swimsuit when police arrested him.”

At least he was ready to do work, if needed. And could go swimming on his lunch break.
