All My Tourney Entries Are Henceforth Named 'Obama Barackets'

Mad props to Brian Powell at Awful Announcing for pulling this vid, and madder props to Andy Katz and ESPN (yes, yes, I know — but like SVP said, when they do something good, they deserve credit for it) for getting Barack Obama to agree to pick his “Barackets,” as I’m calling them, on national television.Â

Am I disappointed he picked Carolina? Couldn’t possibly be more bitter. Am I going to refuse to vote for him in four years because of it? There’s a decent chance. But do I think it’s incredibly awesome that the President of the United States is on national television picking what teams will do well in the NCAA Tournament while punking down Katz the entire time? You bet yourÂ the AVP’s sweet ass I do.
