Lingerie Football Player Melissa Jo Berry's Ex-Boyfriend Gives Linebacker Going Away Present, Posts Nude Photos
Let’s get this out of the way quickly.
We have not located the nude photos of Tampa Bay Breeze and Lingerie Football League linebacker Melissa Jo Berry.
So this should present a huge challenge to you this afternoon while the wife/girlfriend/lesbian partner is out returning gifts for cash.
Ms. Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Mark Dawson, a Tampa-based relationship expert, did God’s work and somehow snapped shots of his then-love as she showed off those massive implants.
But Melissa isn’t pleased these pics (again, they are somewhere on the Net) have been published.
She’s suing, according to the Tampa Tribune.
“If I wanted to take my clothes off for a living, that’s what I would do,” she said. “There’s not a photographer that has ever taken those sorts of shots of me. It’s more of a privacy thing. It’s not for everyone else to see.”
Ms. Berry used to work for Thee Dollhouse in Tampa, says the Trib.
Yeah, that is where women would be naked for dollars. But private.
The ex, Mark Dawson isn’t going down without a fight. He says the photos are fair game to post.
“This is nothing but an ex-girlfriend trying to cause problems,” he said. “For her to say that these pictures were taken against her knowledge is untrue because she is smiling in them. She takes her clothes off for a living and tells people I am doing all this other stuff. What she’s doing now is creating a drama because there are pictures out there of her.”

To get revenge those photos will find their way onto the Net. This lawsuit will be quickly thrown out.
By the way, I’d ask for my money back for that horrible boob job. The doctor is the one you should be suing.

i don't know why's she's trying to sue the guy. first of all nude pics might help her carreer, that's usually the case. secondly, once she posed for the pics of her free will, they became his property to do with as he pleases. besides, her going public makes people aware the pics are on the web and they will be searching for them.
i am a guy (not well endowed) i posed for some nude phone pics for a now ex girlfriend. they ended up being texted around to everyone to see my "small package" all i could do is grin & bear it so to speak. this type of thing hapens all the time, she should get over it and move on.
Umm, sorry, Joe, that isn't the way it works. I don't care if she's smiling or getting off in those pics, without her written or provable oral permission, her ex is using her likeness, which without her permission is illegal.
