What exactly is this guy doing with that grin on his face?

Is this against the NFL Fan Code Of Conduct policy to violate your neighbor even if he’s the guy you’ve been drinking beers with since before Noon?

We’d rather know how a guy who looks like that has front row tickets to a NFL game.
