Welcome to Wakefest in Knoxville, Tennessee where boarders rip it up on the dirty Tennessee River, the same waterway that thousands of Vols’ fans piss and vomit into on fall weekends.
When we think of U.S. rivers the first thing that comes to mind would be syringes, floaters and Goodyear Tires.
