Athletes, Celebrities Deal With Rising Gas Prices

John Daly might have to win a tournament in order to keep his tank full

These are tough times for all of us. Unleaded gas has now topped $3.79 here at BC HQ, and people are talking about having to sacrifice buying food in order to fill the Dodge Dakota.

In California the pain is much worse. Anything under $4 is a steal.

These insane gas prices got us thinking about athletes and celebrities. The high gas prices must be killing them.

Daly had to choose between diesel fuel and t-shirts

Pete Wentz has a baby on the way, can he really afford to tool around in his Mercedes S65? There are diapers to buy. Tom Cruise may be insanely rich but wait until you see how much it costs him to run his Gulfstream.

After some extensive research and number crunching we came up with the cost of a fill-up. We understand you don’t put unleaded in a Maybach, but for calculation purposes we used $3.79 as our base price. Add several dollars to these totals for super premium.
